A little family stuff...
Chef Beau learned most of his creativity from his Sicilian grandmother who taught him to cook when he was a young boy. As a child he was always in the kitchen preparing meals for his family. Mom didn't have much interest in the kitchen (God Bless my mother in law :-) which caused Chef Beau to flourish. It's very common to see us all in the kitchen, me on the counter top with a glass of wine, Ellen (daughter) filling us in on ALL her life experiences... and Chef Beau saying "Taste this!". We are always full before we begin.
Fast Forward to 2024
Since those early days, Ellen has grown into the fabulous STK GIRL, now running the restaurant with style and grace. When you visit, make sure to give a warm welcome to Ellen! If she's not greeting you on the floor, she's likely in the kitchen, whipping up your dinner with Chef Will and Chef Geo, with love and expertise. We're bursting with pride for Ellen and her enthusiasm in carrying on our family traditions and recipes.
